I made a batch of Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Bacon Cookies this afternoon, dear Gods and Goddesses above…below…inbetween and in every darn nook and cranny… these cookies are AMAZING! And yes, the cookies deserve all caps…I’m pretty certain this is the standard fare on Mount Olympus or in Vahalla or anywhere else sacred and vaunted spirits exist…add to that Cruze farm milk and a good book…Fridays don’t get much better…well, if Liam Neeson were to visit and read to me while I ate these cookies and drank this milk…that would be perfect!
* Must include that I would also like be snuggling on a hammock with Queen Latifah during this Good Friday interlude.
